If we send in a digital scan for a custom abutment and crown is the lab screw actually used for any part of the fabrication process? I just am wondering if the final screw is necessary or if the lab screw could be used in the patient's mouth because it has not been screwed into a model.
The lab screw can not be used in the mouth. It does not meet the torquing requirements. The Final screw is the only one that should be used in the mouth.

Do you accept scans with MIS scan bodies?
No we only accept scans with NT Trading Scan Bodies as of 10/7/2021
However, we do sell NT Trading MIS Scan Bodies on our site.

If I were to send a Scanned case with Medit Scan for an Implant crown with custom abument, what would be my cost including shipping for a Megagen Anyridge Implant. Do you provide a final screw for the custom abutment? I am in Irvine , Ca.
