Excellent crown, decent esthetics, and milled well
Crowns have been great, I send the design, and they come back just as I expect. No chipping, decent color, great fit.
Another great crown!!
Minimal adjustment necessary, and shade was spot on!
Outstanding Bridges
I did two large bridges 6-11 and 13-15 with a cantilever on #12. The fit was perfect. The esthetics were spot-on and the occlusion was very good. They both went in in under 15 minutes. The patient was very happy as was I.
Zirconia crown
Good, fit was good, thanks

the fit was amazing, I did a full arch implants upper in two sections 16 units and did very little adjustment. patient loved the esthetics. I highly recommended the Alien Multi layer zirconia. atv

Yes it does.

Hi Saro, How The Allien Multi layer compare with Katana STML. which one look more esthetic ? I am interesting to take a look at this Zirconia, Do you have the sample of this. Thanks Saro
The Alien Multi-Layer is comparable to Katana STML in shade values. However due a much higher strength (1,100 mpa for the Alien Multi-Layer) the Katana is more translucent.

Our patient needs a A4 shade. Is there a way you can stain it to match with the multi layer zirconia material?
No we only carry the A4 Shade in the Alien HT Material.
We can try acheiving it via Stain, but can not guarantee a 100% match. -
Can you do 4 unit anterior bridge?
Yes you can
-
Hi, if I already have custom abutments intraorally and want to fabricate cement retained zicronia bridge, should I be ordering it as conventional crowns or implant crowns? Thanks
This will need to be an implant crown, since it is supported by an abutment.
Selecting "implant crown" guarantees your restoration to be milled on a 5 Axis machines. -
I’m a new lab looking for outsourcing my crowns. On the case ID, would that be the name and my pan number? Also I’ll be sending you an articulated model and a die with a wax up. I’ll make note to scan the wax up exactly. I’m assuming that I print out the prescription and send it with the case? Sorry for the many questions. Thanks
Hi There,
I will be more than happy to answer your questions.
Case ID: can be anything that will help you identify the case when you get it back.
We ask customers to refrain from using complete patient names. Instead please abbreviate the First or Last Name.
You can also use your pan number.
For Articulated models, you will need to select "Ship Models"
There is a fee for us to scan and design from your model work.
Copying a wax up is no problem at all. We just ask that you specify it in the specific instructions.
If your Case ID is hand written on your model work, then there is no need to print any lab slips.
We will print your slips on our end, and match them with your model work as it arrives.
There is a short video on everything I have mentioned here.
